The 13 Entertainment blogs on the Technorati 100 offer an interesting study. The chart for this category shows little pattern overall, but amongst the subgroups, some patterns emerge.
Celebrity blogs are some of the most highly trafficked blogs on the Technorati 100. TMZ.com has the links to go with its traffic. The Superficial has almost as much traffic, but falls to almost 50th in links. Perhaps it's a 'winner take all' situation with Entertainment blogs, with all of the links going to TMZ?
Cute Overload shows a large number of links, but comparatively less traffic. I CAN HAS CHEEZBURGER is ranked highly for traffic and links. What might explain these differences?
